In 1988 Shelley and Harry paid $1.6 million for a Craftsman-style home in Santa Monica, California that was built in the 1920s. They listed the home in 2021 for $8.85 million. Amazingly, they accepted an offer of $11.43 million in July 2021, nearly $2.6 million more than their asking price.
