Prior to his retirement, Pyotr was the one to organize the privatization of the company and also became one of its largest shareholders. As for his career beginnings, he landed a job at the Silvinit fertilizer factory after he graduated from the Magnitogorsk Mining and Metallurgical Institute. Some 35 years later, or more exactly in 1990, Pyotr Kondrashev became the firm’s CEO.
