Mark is known for his over-the-top advertising practices and often-inflammatory commentary. Mancow is a silent partner in the company, but has begun to take a more active role. This has lead to conflict between the two brothers, especially with regards to the staff Mark hires to work at Max Motors. Mark has a habit of hiring people who are down and out in order to give them a second chance.
