He began managing the Brazilian National team in 2001. He then managed the Portuguese National Team from 2003-2008. After moving between multiple teams over the next few years, including Chelsea, he returned to managing the Brazilian National Team in 2012. As the manager of the Brazilian National Team, he has led them to win the World Cup in 2002 and the Confederations Cup in 2013.
