Lethal Bizzle released his debut studio album Against All Oddz in 2005. The album contained the singles “Uh Oh (I’m Back)” and “Fire” which both reached #9 on the UK R&B chart. His second studio album Back to Bizznizz was released in 2007 and reached #86 on the UK chart. The album featured the single “Police on My Back” which made it to #11 on the UK R&B chart. In 2009 Lethal Bizzle released his third studio album Go Hard. In 2013 he released the single “Party Right” and in 2014 “The Drop”, which both cracked the top 30 on the UK chart and the top 5 on the UK R&B chart. He started a T-shirt business called Dench with his cousin Emmanuel Frimpong. Bizzle has appeared in the film Anuvahood, and the TV shows Bad Education, BBC’s Match of the Day 2, and Celebrity Justice.
