After his graduation, he sold the company, and later, in 1984, Broermann started his first private hospital, which is currently one of the three leading private hospitals in Germany. Moreover, his chain of hospitals holds around 140 hospitals all over the world, including California, China and Russia, and has more than 44, 000 employees. Also, holding an MBA of Harvard University, Broermann started the Dr. Broer Man Foundation which primarily seeks to endorse intervention. In addition to the above, he owns a five-star luxury spa and hotel, the Kempinski Hotel Falkenstein near Frankfurt.
